What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, email address, message and, if you choose, a site location. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on it.

Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as IP addresses and server logs, to deliver the website securely. This data is not used to identify you.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you, or to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics that track you across sites.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also processes contact form submissions on our behalf. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for 24 months and then delete it.
